Limited Warranty
Delta-Therm Corporation
Agrees to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s option any Delta-Therm factory-assembled mineral insulated (MI) cable assembly which fails to function
within one year from the original invoice date if the failure is caused by defective workmanship or material or both.
Or, agrees to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s option any Delta-Therm factory-assembled MI cable assembly within ten years of the completed
installation date if all of the following conditions have been met:
1. Testing of the MI cable assembly is performed according to the installation instructions relating to the specific application;
2. Test Results and the Required Information requested on the attached sheet are sent in writing by registered mail to Delta-Therm within 30
days of the completed MI cable assembly installation;
3. The MI cable assembly is returned to Delta-Therm with proof of purchase and with a written explanation of the alleged defect(s); and/or is
available for inspection by a Delta-Therm representative within 30 days of the discovery of the defect(s). No cables may be returned without prior
authorization from Delta-Therm. For any MI cable assembly return, the consumer must prepay the shipment.
The consumer is responsible for all costs involved in removing the MI cable assembly, as well as all costs involved in reinstalling any repaired or replaced MI
cable assembly. Delta-Therm Corporation is not liable for any incidental and/or consequential and/or business interruption losses or damages. Any of the following will void this warranty: · Failure to follow Delta-Therm assembly, installation, and testing instructions, cautions, and warnings;
· Damage caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, or mechanical abrasion;
· Damage caused by inadequate maintenance or unsafe repairs or both;
· Failure to use qualified electricians for installation;
· Failure to install cable assembly according to all applicable local electrical codes and to the National Electrical Code.
Delta-Therm reserves the right to inspect the installation site(s) to determine whether this limited warranty applies.
This limited warranty is exclusive. There are no warranties of merchant ability, and There are no warranties which extend beyond The description on The face hereof.

Agrees to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s option any Delta-Therm Commercial Series Self Regulating CO Series roof deicing cable which fails
to function within one year from the original invoice date if the failure is caused by defective workmanship or material or both.
The consumer is responsible for all costs involved in removing the Commercial Series Self Regulating roof deicing cable as well as all costs involved in
reinstalling any repaired or replaced Commercial Series Self Regulating roof deicing cable. Delta-Therm Corporation is not liable for any incidental and/or
consequential and/or business interruption losses or damages.
Any of the following will void this warranty:
· Failure to use appropriate Delta-Therm connection kits;
· Failure to follow Delta-Therm installation and testing instructions, cautions and warnings;
· Damage cause by abuse, misuse, alteration or mechanical abrasion;
· Damage caused by inadequate maintenance or unsafe repairs or both;
· Failure to use qualified electricians for installation;
· Failure to install cable assembly according to all applicable local electrical codes and to the National Electric Code.
· Failure to ground the systems or failure to use ground fault circuit interrupters.

Delta-Therm Corporation
Agrees to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s option any Delta-Therm Self Regulating IN Series roof and gutter cable which fails to function within
one year from the original invoice date if the failure is caused by defective workmanship or material or both.
Or, agrees to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s option any Delta-Therm Self Regulating roof and gutter cable which fails to function within
five years of the completed installation date if all of the following conditions have been met:
1. Testing of the Self Regulating roof and gutter cable is performed according to the installation instructions relating to the specific application;
2. Test results and the required information requested on the attached sheet are sent in writing to Delta-Therm (by registered mail) within 30 days of
the completed Self Regulating roof and gutter cable installation;
3. The Self Regulating roof and gutter cable is returned to Delta-Therm with proof of purchase and with a written explanation of the alleged
defect(s) and/or is available for inspection by a Delta-Therm representative within 30 days of the discovery of the defect(s). No cables may be
returned without prior authorization from Delta-Therm. For any Self Regulating roof and gutter cable the consumer must prepay the shipment.
The consumer is responsible for all costs involved in removing the Self Regulating roof and gutter cable as well as all costs involved in reinstalling any

Agrees to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s option any Delta-Therm factory assembled silicone jacketed (FW) floor heating cable assembly which fails to function within
ONE YEAR from the original invoice date if the failure is caused by defective workmanship or material or both; or Agrees to repair or replace at the manufacturer’s option
any Delta-Therm factory assembled silicone jacketed floor heating cable assembly which fails to function within FIVE YEARS of the completed installation date if all of the following conditions have been met:
1. Testing of the floor heating cable assembly is performed according to the installation instructions relating to the specific application;
2. Test results and the required information requested on the attached sheet are sent in writing to Delta-Therm (by registered mail) within 30 days of
the completed floor heating cable assembly installation;
3. The floor heating cable assembly is returned to Delta-Therm with proof of purchase and with a written explanation of the alleged defect(s) and/or
is available for inspection by a Delta-Therm representative within 30 days of the discovery of the defect(s). No cables may be returned without
prior authorization from Delta-Therm. For any floor heating cable assembly the consumer must prepay the shipment.The consumer is responsible for all costs involved in removing the floor heating cable assembly as well as all costs involved in reinstalling any repaired or
replaced floor heating cable assembly. Delta-Therm Corporation is not liable for any incidental and/or consequential and/or business interruption losses
